Tasting Notes: The Monte Maletto Erbaluce di Caluso has terrific density and stunning citrus fruit, with a beautiful acidic balance and freshness. The wine finishes with a great minerality as well. This wine has a small bit of skin contact (5 days) on 20% of the grapes to give it a bit more density. Make no mistake - this is a big, dense wine, but it comes across as incredibly fresh because of the skill of the winemaker.
