Welcome to the Internet sites of Eataly Vino - Boston, Cantina LLC. These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of and other online information services operated or provided by Eataly Vino - Boston. By using these web sites and any emails or communications received from Eataly Vino - Boston (collectively called the "Services"), you consent and agree to these terms and conditions.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR USE OF THE EATALY VINO - BOSTON SITE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS ("TERMS OF SERVICE"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, DO NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THIS EATALY VINO - BOSTON SITE OR ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONTAINED ON THE SITE. Shipping/Delivery
By placing an order for wine, the Buyer warrants that they are at least 21 years of age, and that they will be responsible for the shipment of this wine being received by a person at least 21 years of age.
If wine is shipped to you, we contract with a 3rd party carrier who will ship wine that you have already purchased. Ownership of any Wine that Eataly Vino sells changes hands at the time of purchase in the state of Massachusetts and is subject to sales tax in this state. By requesting that your wine be shipped to you, you are authorizing us to engage a common carrier to deliver your wine on your behalf. Eataly Vino is not responsible for any breakage or damage of wine by said common carrier. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION TO THE LEGAL RIGHTS OF ANYONE TO SHIP OR IMPORT WINES INTO ANY STATES OUTSIDE OF MASSACHUSETTS. You, the buyer, are solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products and assume all obligations for compliance with your state’s laws.
If Eataly Vino, for any reason, is unable to fulfill its obligations to the Buyer, Eataly Vino’s sole obligation and the Buyer's sole recourse shall be a refund of the purchase price.
Eataly Vino makes no warranty, expressed or implied, about the wine being sold except that Eataly Vino conveys a clear title to the wine and, to Eataly Vino’s knowledge, the wine is what its label describes it to be. Specifically, because wine by its nature is subject to change in the bottle over time, Eataly Vino makes no warranty or guaranty of the quality or drinkability of any wine sold.
User Obligations
You agree not to do any of the following while using the Eataly Vino - Boston Site:
Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law or regulation.
Access, tamper with, or use nonpublic areas of the Eataly Vino - Boston Site or Eataly Vino - Boston's computer systems. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access or tamper with these areas may be subject to prosecution.
Frame or link to the Eataly Vino - Boston Site except as permitted in writing by Eataly Vino - Boston.

Eataly Vino - Boston reserves the right to use as it sees fit any and all information or correspondence sent to it or its current or future Services via email, letters, phone, or any electronic or other means of communication. You acknowledge that any communication with or transmission to Eataly Vino - Boston may be intercepted or read by others and is not confidential. No fiduciary relationship exists between you and Eataly Vino - Boston.
