Tasting Notes: The Terrasol Spumante Rose Mandala is a champagne method rosato made from Nero d’Avola, a rare thing in Sicily. This grapes comes from a vineyard 350 meters over sea level just outside the village of Butera. It’s a vineyard that has almost white, fresh soils and is one where this fruit tends to maintain plenty of acidity. This is a fun wine that has structure and loads of pure bright fruit alongside lovely texture and acidity.
