Tasting Notes: The Manaresi Pignoletto Frizzante is a slightly sparkling white wine made from the local and aromatic Pignoletto varietal, a very easy perlage, nicely flowery, with green apple and a delicate pear scent. It has the right balance between freshness and structure. A very versatile wine that goes with varieties of food, it is definitely great with specialties from Emilia Romagna, think hard cheeses such as Parmigiano-Reggiano.
