Made from 100% Trebbiano d'Abruzzo grapes, this wine gets its name from the vineyard, which once belonged to the local postman (postino). The winemakers emphasize a low-intervention, natural approach, featuring spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in a mix of stainless steel and old barrels. The result is a vibrant, textured white with balanced freshness, often showcasing notes of citrus, dried fruit, honey, and a distinct mineral and saline character.
