Tasting Notes: The particular vinification technique and the rarity of the vine give the Boccadigabbia Le Grane Colli Maceratesi Ribona unique characteristics. The color is an intense straw yellow and in the mouth it is structured, full and harmonious. The nose is characterized by the particular aromas of ripe fruit. It goes well with pasta and fish dishes and also with white meats or cheeses. The grapes used for this wine are grown in the ancient Montanello di Macerata district, where Pietro Paolo Floriani, a soldier and military architect famous for having designed the fortress Floriana of Malta had vineyards planted around 1626.
