Tasting Notes: At 350 meters, twenty three miles inland from the seaside city of Pescara, Cristiana Tiberio’s Pecorino vines, planted in 2000, are amongst the oldest in the region. Her Pecorino is a complex,full bodied, herbal wine. Some peach notes in there but lots of sage and rosemary backed up with bright, uplifting citrus. A perfect pair for pork loin or vegetable pasta.
