Tasting Notes: The Riserva is from a vineyard in the western hills of Peligna valley, 400 metres above sea level with very rich clayey soil with white calcareous stones and vines aged over 25 years. 100% organic. The first 24 months of aging are in stainless steel; the second 24 months are in wood. Sulphites are added in considerably lower amounts than the maximum allowed for organic certification.
