Tasting Notes: Ferrari makes classic method sparkling wine in Trentino, northern Italy. These wines are a fascinating take on chardonnay and pinot noir from the Alps. Smooth and delicate bubbles and an absolute pleasure to drink, celebrate or start a meal. All farming is organic and they use the highest standard in production. Fresh and fruity, with wild strawberries, red currants and flowers. Sweet almonds are supported by a refreshing backbone.
Estate History: A true pioneer, Giulio Ferrari dreamed of creating a sparkling wine that could compete with the best – and his hunch that the terroir of Trentino would make for a fine sparkling wine paid off.
