Tasting Notes: The Cogli l'Attimo Giacu Nebbiolo d'Alba is a vibrant and impressive expression of Nebbiolo from the young winemaker Serena Anselma in Novello. Despite coming from a hot vintage, the wine maintains a vivid freshness and crisp character, with explosive aromas and flavors of Morello cherry, red plum, floral nuances, and hints of tar and earth. Aged for six months in used tonneaux, this 100% Nebbiolo is noted for its smooth, yet energetic and structured palate with well-integrated tannins, and a persistent, juicy finish.
