Tasting Notes: The Costa Arente Valpolicella Superiore is a pale ruby red in color, the nose immediately reveals hints of cherry, blackberry and black pepper. On the palate it is structured but agile, with soft and enveloping tannins. Excellent persistence and pleasantness of drinking. Serve in combination with savory first courses, white meat main courses, mixed grills and medium-aged cheeses such as Monte Veronese.
