Tasting Notes: Berta Amaro d' Erbe is made using an original recipe in the most faithful Piedmontese tradition. A base alcohol is mixed with sugar, infused with select herbs, aromatic roots and natural aromatic botanicals. The flavors are futher imporoved by the slow refinement in tonneaux barrels previously used for aging vintage grappa.
